Shipping ATTC Products to Network & Directors Meetings

For shipping materials to the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel for the NETWORK & DIRECTORS MEETING, Please follow the instruction listed below and send items to the following address:

***IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING ON ALL PACKAGES:***

  • ATTENTION: REBECCA NESBIT - Senior Event Manager
  • FOR: ATTC NETWORK MEETING - DECEMBER 2, 2008

Each piece received must be labeled with Name of function, date of function, Catering or Convention Service manager responsible for your function.

PLEASE NOTIFY Cindy Christy christyc@umkc.edu the number of packages you are shipping (including tracking numbers if applicable). The hotel will need this information in advance in order to gather all packages and have them available in the meeting space for display. Cindy Christy will consolidate this information and give it to the appropriate hotel staff member in order to avoid confusion. There will be tables set up to display your products. There will be approximately 95 total attendees for the Network Meeting.

  • Groups must make arrangements to ship their materials out of the hotel.
  • The guest or organization is responsible for sealing and labeling boxes and contacting the shipping company to make the shipping and billing arrangements.
  • The hotel will store properly sealed and labeled materials for up to two (2) days following the function.
