Mailing Label Printing Tool
To print your labels, some set-up is required. You will need to:
- Obtain Avery 8662 labels for your printer.
- Download a Label Template.
This template is your blank frame for inputting data (download).
- Download a Data File.
This file is the database (download) that will populate your label template.
- Merge the Label Template with the Data File.
When you’re ready to get started, follow these steps:
- Step One: Click on Download Label Template to your computer.
- Step Two: Click on Download Data File to your computer.
- Step Three: Merge the Data File with the Label Template using the Mail Merge feature in Microsoft Word.
